Redwood & Son LLC was established by Gus, whose passion for building began at an early age. At just 18 years old, he earned the distinction of becoming the youngest licensed homebuilder in the state of South Carolina. By the age of 19, he had already completed his first fully permitted home in Conway, SC—an achievement that marked the start of a promising career.
With a strong foundation in construction and a background in civil engineering studies, Gus relocated to Portland, Oregon to pursue his lifelong dream of creating exceptional homes.
